File A Claim
Contact your insurance company claims department. At this time you will schedule a time for the insurance company to do an inspection on your property. Please inform the insurance company that you are working with PR&R during the call.
Step 3:
Call our team with the Adjustment information from your insurance company
Please provide a member of PR&R with the adjustors contact information and any emails that were provided from the insurance company about the scheduled inspection.
Step 4:
A member of our team will meet with the insurance companies adjuster On-Site
Having a member of PR&R on site will help ensure that the inspector will document the damage to your roof and you get your damaged roof evaluated thoroughly
Step 5:
Present Insurance Paperwork to our team, Plus at this Time Provide a Down Payment
Now it is time to finalize all the work that will be completed to your roof. The insurance information with the inspection documentation should arrive no later than 10 days after the inspection/adjustment date. Contact PR&R to schedule a meeting to discuss the details of the repairs/replacement!
Step 6:
Our Team will Review the Paperwork and Schedule a Day to Start Your Roof Repaired/Replacement
PR&R will now go over the details with their internal team. Our team works diligently and we know that time is of the essence!

Ready, Set... Go. Our Team will Schedule a Day to start your Roof repair/replacement
